Burn-Out ProgramThe program, led by the Well-being team, is offered all the year round for a period of 3 to 7 days.

These days are the ideal thing for people so exhausted that they have lost the joy of life. The program is aimed at anyone going through a period of physical, emotional or psychological stress.
 It is created every time according to the needs of the person concerned, and it helps to recharge her or his batteries.

You will learn how relax, how to release old, accumulated tensions, how to express your emotions and trust them, how to nourish your body adequately according to its needs and your blood group.

 Beside all this, baths with herb essences, walks in nature, meditations will get you back to the ease of ‘non-doing’, those moments of pausing rest so necessary when you have burned up all your energy resources in your work routine and in daily life.
 It is a gift you can give yourself to stop a mind constantly on the running, and it can restore your passion for life and the right to feel pleasure both physically and mentally.
