I learned from people that every human being throughout his life creates worlds and parallel realities that he is experiencing.
It is a kind of defense mechanism that allows the individual to tolerate life situations with less anxiety.
The alternative realities are a product of the mind through personal beliefs, attitudes, mental and emotional systems. It is clear that it’s not a disease, I am not talking about hallucinations or delusions, but rather of Daydreams:
Becoming aware of this through feeling is the first instrument we are going to use during the workshop. We will then deepen the experience with meditation techniques and guided relaxation.
