Riccardo and I have decided to look with you at the second layer of our aura. Thoughts and emotions alter the course of energy that rises spiralling along the chakras, but also of certain points in the corresponding electromagnetic field that surrounds our body.
We can all transmitt healing energy through our hands, but in order to do so, in addition to opening the appropriate channels with intention, we need to do a bit of cleaning every now and then, in order to bring balance in the aura and chakras.
The course is useful both as a preparation for those who want to receive the I and II level of Reiki and as further information for those who have them already; or for those who are simply interested in exploring this fascinating area, its physical laws and its connections.
We will use simple grounding techniques and re-balancing of the chakras and the aura, visualizations and meditations, energetic release.
Together, it is more easy to recognize, accept and let go of emotional knots that we do not want to contact on our own and that today may be reactivated by all the collective fears that the present provokes in us.
This is the contribution that each one of us can give: open the heart to the new and the necessary changes in the planet, in the evolutionary spiral of which we are all part!
