A sannyasin since 1984. She trained as a breathworker with Milena Screm, with whom now she works, being a member of the board of directors of INSIGHT, School of Breat-hwork and Counseling (Milan).

Since 1991 she has been leading workshops and individual sessions on: breath, Inner Child, communi-cation, encounter, emotions and self esteem.
