Bio Relax
with Nijen
It is a new discipline, born from the idea to adapt to the rhythms of our western life the knowledge of holistic oriental traditions. Through specific classes and pleasant exercises, it teaches deep listening of self and the self-regulation of the different stages of stress.
Movements and positions come from bioenergetics, from tai-chi, qi-qong, meditation and massage ... They are presented in a fun and easy-to-learn way, with the support of music. They can lead to relaxing and revitalizing effects already after 15-30 minutes of practice.
Bio-relax leads to a deep relaxation, because it comes from a holistic vision, releases the accumulation of negative emotions and mental loads in fresh energy, at the disposal of the individual.

These are the main stages of working on the body:
- open the breath (qi-qong)
- loose the joints (tai-chi)
- stretch muscles and tissue (bioenergetics)
- energy regeneration (dragonbreath shaolin)
- healing sounds for vital organs (traditional chinese medicine)

BIO-RELAX: YIN (IN)
In the first appointment the focus will be on self-love, as an oasis where pamper yourself, relax and rejuvenate completely. You will also start to be familiar with the series of physical exercises and self-observation.
11 – 13 May
BIO-RELAX: YANG (OUT)
The second weekend will be dedicated to bring awareness in the world of relationships (work, friendship, love... ), with a focus on emotional release, forgiveness, and let go, learning sequences adapted to your own daily routine, to avoid any future accumulation of stress.
