Every morning, from 7.30 to 8.30 you can experience the OSHO DYNAMIC MEDITATION

This meditation technique, with its unforgettable music by Deuter, was created by Osho at the beginning of the '70s. Its one of the most famous active meditation techiniques, especially created for the modern western man.

Always done in the morning, it unblocks tensions stored in the body, allowing energy to flow again. Mind gets clear and movement is more relaxed and spontaneous.

The OSHO DYNAMIC is acknowledged and advised even by the Dalai Lama! It's also used in rehab, wellness centers and in natural healing practices.

•  On monday, wednesday and friday, from 18.30 to 19.30 you can experiment the OSHO KUNDALINI MEDITATION.
It's a gentle meditation technique that, in a soft way, allows you to release anxiety, worries, and tension built during the day. It's mostly powerful to let go of stress, that's why its usually done at the end of the daily activities.

It leaves you in a quiet, serene and balanced space. Weekly Meditations

•  Sometimes we propose other meditation techniques:

1.  GUIDED MEDITATION – CENTERING / ANTISTRESS / HOUSE MEDITATION.
Short half an hour sessions in which voice and music guide you to be in present time and in touch with yourself.

2.  OSHO MEDITATIONS – NO MIND / NATARAJ / MANDALA.

3.  MEDITATIVE EXERCISES– DIVINE HEALING / TAO BREATH / DRAGON BREATH.
